Gin Info

Unusually for a gin, Kyrö is made from a base spirit distilled from Finnish rye. This lends texture and spice to balance a juniper-forward botanical recipe that includes 13 traditional botanicals and four locally sourced ingredients: meadowsweet (almond, floral) birch leaves (mint, leather) cranberry (floral, fruity) and sea buckthorn (citrus, pineapple).
