Shipping & Refunds


When you purchase a non-subscription product (bottle, merchandise, gift box) we will usually ship to you within 24 hours. Shipping takes 2-3 working days and you will receive tracking information via email.

All subscription products are shipped on the same day each month, on the 23rd of the month, unless the 23rd falls on a weekend – when that happens, we ship out on the first Monday after that. Once you’ve subscribed, we’ll keep you updated on the arrival of your next gin by email. The cut-off for new subscriptions is always midnight on the 14th of the month. Order at 11.30pm on November 14th? You'll get December's pouch! Leave it until 9am on November will have to wait until January for your first drop. 

Refunds on non subscription products

We have a 30-day return policy on non subscription products, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, undamaged, and in its original packaging. 

To request a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please be aware that you will be liable for any postage costs incurred as a result of returning items to Gin Me and you should ensure that you obtain proof of postage as you send it back.

We regret that a refund can only be provided for items received back by us. This does not affect your statutory rights. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Subscription products

Please inspect your pouch on arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
