Manly gin is comprised of ten carefully-considered botanicals, including sustainably foraged sea lettuce, finger lime and mountain pepperberry, along with some more traditional traditional gin ingredients. The bright, fresh flavours of the citrus, marine & juniper give way to the gentle peppery notes on the palate to deliver a complex, slightly spicy finish.
