Nàdar is the first gin in the world to achieve a carbon-negative status. For every 700ml bottle produced, it reduces its carbon footprint by 1.54kg CO2. This is achieved by using a base spirit made from peas, which do not require an environmentally damaging nitrogen fertiliser. Botanicals are partially sourced from the Arbikie estate and include lime leaf and lemon grass.
